If you submit information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business.

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, services, tools, content, or communications, and you agree not to use them for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited purpose.

2. Services Offered

RockN’ Socials provides digital marketing and business growth services, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Landing pages and funnels

  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

  • Social media management

  • Content creation

  • Paid advertising management

  • Email and SMS marketing

  • Automation and CRM setup

  • Reputation management

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Consulting and strategy

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, billing terms, and service details will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work, Sales Agreement, proposal, invoice, or written agreement when applicable.

3. No Guarantee of Results

RockN’ Socials may provide marketing, website, SEO, advertising, content, and strategy services intended to help improve a business’s online presence and marketing performance.

However, we do not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Website traffic

  • Leads

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Return on investment

  • Ad performance

  • Conversion rates

  • Business growth

  • Social media engagement

  • Google Business Profile performance

Marketing results can vary based on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, customer demand, budget, offer quality, website traffic, platform changes, and client participation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access, and materials needed for RockN’ Socials to perform services.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Business information

  • Logos and branding materials

  • Photos, videos, or approved media

  • Website, domain, hosting, CRM, advertising, analytics, or social media account access

  • Service descriptions

  • Pricing or offer details

  • Legal disclaimers or industry-specific requirements

  • Review and approval of content, pages, campaigns, or deliverables

Delays in providing requested materials, access, feedback, or approvals may delay project timelines and deliverables.

5. Payments, Billing, and Agreements

Payment terms, pricing, deposits, recurring fees, cancellation terms, refund terms, and service commitments will be outlined in the applicable Statement of Work, Sales Agreement, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Payment is only required when agreed upon through a signed agreement, accepted proposal, invoice, or other approved arrangement.

Failure to pay invoices or recurring fees when due may result in paused work, delayed deliverables, suspended services, late fees, or termination of services, depending on the agreement.

6. Third-Party Costs and Platforms

Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients are responsible for all third-party costs related to their website, marketing, advertising, or business systems.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Domain registration

  • Website hosting

  • Website platforms

  • Premium plugins, apps, or software

  • CRM systems

  • Email and SMS platforms

  • Advertising spend

  • Stock images, videos, or licensed media

  • Payment processors

  • Analytics tools

  • Automation tools

  • Third-party integrations

RockN’ Socials is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, account restrictions, platform errors, billing issues, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms or services.

7. Websites, Hosting, and Maintenance

Website design or build services do not automatically include hosting, domain registration, monthly maintenance, ongoing updates, SEO, ads, content writing, or third-party software costs unless specifically included in writing.

Website maintenance, hosting support, SEO, content updates, and ongoing marketing services may be offered separately for an additional cost.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access to their domains, hosting, websites, and third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Revisions and Project Scope

Included revisions, project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in the applicable agreement or offer.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

RockN’ Socials reserves the right to determine whether a request is within the original scope or requires additional work.

9. Promotions, Giveaways, and Contests

From time to time, RockN’ Socials may offer promotions, giveaways, contests, discounts, or special offers.

Promotions may be subject to separate Official Rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, prize descriptions, restrictions, and conditions. If separate Official Rules apply, those rules control the promotion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or be selected for any promotion where stated. Purchasing goods or services from RockN’ Socials does not increase chances of winning or being selected unless expressly allowed by applicable law and clearly stated in the promotion rules.

RockN’ Socials reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions where permitted by law.

10. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications

By submitting your information, booking a call, entering a promotion, requesting information, or becoming a client, you agree that RockN’ Socials may contact you by phone call, SMS/text message, and email regarding your inquiry, appointments, services, promotions, and related marketing offers.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help where available.

You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or following the opt-out instructions included in those emails.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to purchase goods or services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, designs, copy, website materials, strategies, systems, templates, processes, documents, videos, images, and other materials created or provided by RockN’ Socials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RockN’ Socials retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, systems, templates, processes, strategies, and internal methods.

Upon full payment, clients may receive the rights to use final approved deliverables created specifically for them, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and any third-party license restrictions.

Clients may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from RockN’ Socials’ templates, tools, systems, processes, or materials without written permission.

12. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RockN’ Socials may display non-confidential work, website screenshots, before-and-after examples, general project descriptions, business names, logos, and voluntarily provided testimonials in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, case studies, and promotional materials.

RockN’ Socials will not intentionally disclose confidential business information without permission.

13. Client Content and Permissions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, photos, videos, logos, testimonials, claims, business information, or materials they provide to RockN’ Socials are accurate and that they have the rights or permission to use them.

Clients agree not to provide materials that infringe on another party’s copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

RockN’ Socials is not responsible for legal issues arising from materials supplied or approved by the client.

14. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our website, services, systems, deliverables, or communications for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Misrepresent your identity or business

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Interfere with our website, systems, or services

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
